My Day and As Seen

Good evening Blog friends
I'm just doing a quick flick through my day.
I was considering going into town but the weather heard my whisper yesterday and so we had rain again, a blessing really as I would have missed something.
I did a bit of sorting out of all the layouts I have done recently. I don't like to put them away in albums too soon as it is nice to see them around the room, but I have done so many I needed more places, therefore I have put up a line in my conservatory, I know that I mustn't leave them up too long as the light will make them fade but it is nice to see the fruits of my labour

Suddenly at 11.30 my phone/diary rung, I couldn't think why but when I checked I had a hair appointment that I had completely forgotten, good job it is only 5 minutes away and so I wasn't late.
Looking through the magazine while waiting for the colour to take I found some nice ideas that I hope to incorporate into my craft at some stage.

I was chuffed this afternoon as a friend came over, Lisa my blind friend wanted to interview me for her radio programme. It's a Christian broadcast about our arts and crafts and how we relate to them as a Christian it was fun to do and I also was able to show her some of my layouts that are tactile which was much appreciated. I'm hoping that Lisa will come round more often and that I can visit her, it will be great to pursue our friendship.

I finished the day by doing another layout, this is one I have had ready to do for a while and completely forgotten about, in my sorting out and tidying up I found it so here tis another one completed and more old stash used up.

My gratefulness and thanks giving today is to Lisa for her friendship,
to my phone being my diary so reminds me what I should be doing
and to The Lord for all his love and mercy to me.
it's been a good day.

I love your wonderful display of layouts - best to keep them out for a while and enjoy them I always think!

A place for me to put the pictures of layouts I have done that I am pleased with, to put in the poems I write and to add snippets of things that have caught my eye
