- it must be small to fit in my bag:
- it must be plain pages because I design my scrapbook pages from things I see on my wanderings:
- it must have a plastic cover as I pull it in and out of my bag so much that paper covered books just get all dog eared
- and most of all I wanted something that I loved the look of
- not only the notebook small and neat:
- but a little wallet of sticky notes, these will be so useful to mark the pages of layouts I want to scraplift:
- a pack of owl stickers:
- a lovely spiral mini scrapbook:
- and a cloth bag to put them all in. The bag comes with its own little wallet with a clip to fit it to your handbag or belt how brilliant was that.
Has anyone else had a lovely find? I would love to hear about it if you have.

You've done very well Mary - fortune was looking out for you.
Sounds....and looks...like a really good find.I've a card wallet....it came from the bank...years ago...totally tatty and falling apart....this week I saw and treated myself to a gorgeous little black leather one with a cute dog on it....love it.
Great finds! I've been thinking of going by Walmart or Meijers to see what is in the "left over" aisles from the back to school stuff. You've inspired me to get moving on it,,,,I love kewl notepads and stickies!
I can always find something lovely in Paperchase! I'm loving their "Mr. Benn" cards at the moment. I haven't sen that set though. A great find.
Lovely finds, I hope that you really enjoy using them.
Lovely finds, well done you!
I adore Paperchase as they have so many gorgeous bits in their shops!! I am loving everthing you are doing on your blog Mary, you seem to be really enjoying and getting into Shimelles course :)
That is a really cute find!
They look good Mary. Hope you enjoy using them. Haven't had any good finds myself recently.
Love the owls ! I found some really cheap Xmas decorations in Ikea yesterday.
Paperchase is great, I went in there today and found some cute little christmas bells to put on a garland. Thanks for your comment on my blog.
Paperchase always a good place to start for thi sort of thing! Love what you found.
Yeah! I love Paperchase too... I buy supplies for my own book-binding from there. They do a lovely range of paper - kraft, handmade, recycled, multi-coloured - and also some fab wrapping papers, which are good enough quality to use as covering paper for books. I have made a "100% Recyled" book filled with paper from Paperchase, an "All Green" book with Paperchase recycled paper cover, also some "Butterflies and Rainbows" notebooks, with a whole rainbow of paper inside (there's one in my shop - www.lizziemade.etsy.com). Definitely one of my favourite places to buy.
I also like their owls range. Was sorely tempted last time... I have some rubber stamps with owls on, which I may use to make a fancy book-cover or two. Still, those books are lovely...
Must resist temptation and use the stuff I already have!!
Great finds Mary. We can never have too many notebooks! Love your blog. Very cute grandchildren and love the YouTube clip.
Oh, I love _all_ of those!! I feel a trip to Paperchase coming on ;-)
